Business observatory MB 2011. A pilot analysis for developmental decisions
The MB observatory represents a flexible and concrete way to network skills and provide the entrepreneur with new tools for effective business management.
Born out of a collaboration between CRIET and Confindustria Monza and Brianza with a contribution from Credito Valtellinese, the observatory aims to analyze more than 800 companies, which are members of Confindustria, in order to identify the factors necessary for achieving a sustainable competitive advantage and to subsequently be in a position to propose specific actions to companies in this regard.
The areas of analysis discussed in this first edition are: technology, business organization, credit access, entrepreneurial continuity and generational transition and internationalization.
In addition, this annual collection of data allows the provision of a functional database for the identification of effective, targeted and innovative solutions.
