The use of social media within the business area of CRM, is today an indispensable tool for businesses and their competitiveness. CRIET, the ‘FAC-TBS Group’ and ‘IPSOS’ invite you to ‘Marketing innovation hub. Social media & CRM – digital strategies for managing customer relations’, at the University of Milan-Bicocca, on November 23rd, 2016, at 9.30 am.
The research evaluates the effects of the use of combined social media and CRM in managing customer relations. In particular, through a survey carried out into the behaviour of 300 European companies, we analyze performance at various stages of the management of the relationship.
The conference will also be an opportunity to deepen awareness of the ‘Marketing innovation hub’ project – a professional and academic think tank.
