Business observatory MB 2012. Competing in times of crisis

The MB observatory represents a flexible and concrete way to network skills and provide the entrepreneur with new tools for effective business management.

Born out of a collaboration between CRIET and Confindustria Monza and Brianza with a contribution from BNL – BNP PARIBAS, the observatory aims to analyze more than 800 companies, which are members of Confindustria, in order to identify the factors necessary for achieving a sustainable competitive advantage and to subsequently be in a position to propose specific actions to companies in this regard.

The theme of the 2012 edition (see edition 2011) is the economic and financial crisis and the reaction models to deal with this, from the point of view of competitiveness, of the strategic areas in which to invest and of networks and collaborations.

Once more with this edition, the goal is to identify and offer concrete business solutions and effective business management tools.
