From Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to digital marketing

CRIET will participate in the event, organized by ‘Soiel International’, which will be held in Milan on 18th May 2016 with a contribution entitled: ‘Programmatic advertising in the integrated management of marketing’.

During the presentation, the results of the research project will be presented with the aim of analyzing the spread of programmatic advertising in companies. The study was carried out using qualitative and quantitative methods, in order to show how the new digital communication tools are being used, tools which are increasingly important for the competitiveness of businesses in a global scenario. Firstly, the results of the survey will be presented to managers who cover a variety of business functions and following that the findings from the interviews of the industry’s leading opinion pollsters will be presented.
