Jobs Act observatory
Thanks to the collaboration between ‘Assolombarda Confindustria Milano Monza and Brianza’, the University of Milan-Bicocca and CRIET, the ‘Jobs Act observatory’ project was launched. This is an initiative to collect and analyze the actual data of companies in the Monza and Brianza territory with regards to the ‘new’ labour market and new types of employment.
The observatory intends to assess whether the ‘Jobs Act’ (law 183/2014 and its 8 decrees which are already in force) has already materially changed, or is able to change, the labour market in Italy over the next few years.
In fact, the widespread figures on employment, both stable and temporary, and the use of renewable contracts, introduced by the reform, are completely incapable of adequately explaining the real impact of the new law.
