Human Resources

The ‘Human Resources Area’ aims to develop a ‘best practice’ for companies, associations and institutions that want to apply business welfare models, active labour and corporate social responsibility policies which are inspired by social innovation and strongly orientated towards the regional economy, in the conviction that business welfare is realized firstly, by activating a new type of ‘social dialogue’ in the region, in relation to private-private, public-public and public-private relations.
The CRIET ‘Human Resources’ approach is to design scientific medium and long term models, with measurable goals that are geared to the well-being and quality of life indices of corporate organizations, public institutions, and government bodies in the region.
