Project Leader "Roll Out Innovazione Urbana"
Nicoletta Gozo è entrata a far parte del Comitato Scientifico dell’area Illuminazione Pubblica di CRIET sin dalla fase costitutiva dello stesso in quanto l’esperienza maturata in qualità di coordinatrice del progetto Lumière di ENEA le permette di apportare preziose conoscenze e competenze all’intero gruppo di lavoro.
Andrea Flumiani

Andrea Flumiani fa parte della Commissione Centrale di Beneficienza di Fondazione Cariplo da maggio 2013. Diplomato in elettronica industriale a Udine, ha iniziato il suo percorso professionale in SGS-Fairchild (attuale ST-Microelectronics) nel 1968. Dopo questa prima esperienza tecnico-produttiva, ha ricoperto diversi incarichi nel settore della componentistica elettronica, passando attraverso aziende quali Fairchild e Motorola; è stato imprenditore nella distribuzione di periferiche per microcomputer e nel 1991 è stato nominato primo presidente di Assoiprint, associazione di riferimento per i produttori e distributori di stampanti nel mercato ICT. Ha concluso la sua carriera lavorativa come Sales Director di una divisione di Arrow Electronics ltalia. Il suo impegno nel sociale è iniziato nel 1968, con la collaborazione presso strutture oratoriali nel sostegno alle attività sportive di Agrate Brianza. In seguito, ha contribuito alla sottoscrizione di una borsa di studio per allievi meritevoli dell”ltis Malignani di Udine, è stato presidente della società sportiva a Villasanta e ha collaborato con diverse associazioni culturali lombarde per la promozione della cultura e delle tradizioni lombarde. Dal 1993 al 1997 è stato Sindaco di Vimercate, nel 1994 Consigliere del Consorzio Est Milanese per l’Igiene Ambientale e nel 1997 è divenuto membra del C.E.R. (Comitato Edilizia Residenziale) per conto del Ministero dei Lavori Pubblici.

Public lighting and Smart City
Energy efficiency in the context of public lighting is a central theme for Italian municipal authorities. Significant savings are possible both in economic and energy terms provided the latest technologies on the market are adopted. The necessary investments are limited by the well-known problems to be found in public administration (PA) in terms of economic resources, administrative constraints (the stability pact) and above all in the poor, managerial culture.
This research area has its origins in the longstanding relationship with ENEA and other public institutions. These collaborations have generated numerous research reports, the organization of and participation in scientific and educational conferences and workshops, scientific publications and public awareness-raising activities as well as the development of software to support the activities of the municipal authorities, of ESCo and the sector’s professionals.
